Camden Council commissioned us to convert a run-down hotel into 12 self-contained flats for single parent families. Each flat was compactly planned to allow for a child’s bedroom and a bed sitting room for the parent. In the basement we created a playroom, a laundry, a centrally located boiler/drying room and lots of storage space. A new courtyard at the rear and new window sashes to the Georgian elevation contribute to a distinguished restoration project.
